These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the inqovex.com site, operated by Inqovex SpA, RUT 77.984.512-3, domiciled at Av. Apoquindo 4501, 14th floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile. By accessing the site, you accept these terms in full.
Inqovex is a digital platform providing information about real estate crowdlending projects in Chile. Currently, inqovex.com allows users to subscribe to a waiting list to be notified about the opening of future projects. It does not constitute a public offer of securities.
The information published on the site is informational in nature and does not constitute financial, legal or tax advice. Investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the user.
All real estate investment involves risks, including the possibility of total or partial loss of the invested capital. Past returns do not guarantee future results.
Users undertake to use the site in good faith, without violating Chilean law in force, intellectual property rights or the rights of third parties. Inqovex may suspend access in case of abusive or fraudulent use.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of Justice based in the city of Santiago.
